We act as an intermediary between customers and restaurants and are not responsible for the preparation, quality, or safety of food items ordered through our platform.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Order Placement

When you place an order through our platform:

• Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of your offer

Prices may change without notice. The total order amount will be displayed before payment confirmation.

4.3 Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed on our platform. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Service Availability and Delivery

Our services are available in specified geographic areas during published operating hours. Service availability may be affected by:

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been confirmed by the restaurant. Once preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible. Cancellation policies vary by restaurant and will be communicated during the ordering process.

6.2 Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Order cancellation before restaurant confirmation
• Significant delivery delays beyond our control
• Incorrect or missing items (subject to verification)

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of order delivery. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aeroctrioc, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you provide or actions you take through our platform

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

1. Initial Resolution: Good faith negotiations between the parties
